This year is my first attempt at pickling asparagus. I have already learned a couple of lessons but I hope the first batch turns out! I can't believe its already that time of year to start canning & freezing the latest crops!
Yeah! You are so great at all of this kind of stuff. I still need lessons. You with your canning, jams, applesause, etc. I would love to sample anything you need tested out. Love ya and talk to you soon about a date to come to the Tri-Cities for something with the kids.
